The Pack Den-
This here is the Pack's den where all of us wolves sleep and shelter. This den makes great protection for the pups and the pack, especially with the stream which gives us an advantage.

At the Den!
Slowly making her way up the hill, Fawn looked back at Song and Dina. "Well, here it is. My den."
Re: The Pack Den-
I entered behind Fawn. "Nice place," I said in awe. The den was immense. I felt uncomfortable about my sudden change of environment, so I slowed my pace and waited for Dina to catch up. Entering with someone like minded eased my anxiety. I raised my snout, catching the scent of food. I couldn't pinpoint the exact source.
Dinner Time! Yummy Elk!
Fawn dove into the den and hauled out a hefty elk carcass that hasn't been touched. She nudged it towards Song and Dina. "Here you go, fresh elk for everyone." she replied.
Back to Being Me
I dove into the carcass, devouring it as if I had never eaten before. Normally I would showcase my manners by letting Fawn eat first, but I was quite literally dying. After about a minute of stuffing my face, I stood up again. I turned my head to examine my physique. What I saw amazed me, but not because I was self obsessed. My coat was brighter and glossier, my muscle mass had increased, and I was teeming with energy. There was a spark in me that was not there before, one that displayed my personality. I was myself once more. Song, the big wolf, the force to be reckoned with. I stood tall and proud, puffing out my chest. I left my tail down as so not to provoke.
"You've been generous to me. I thank you by offering a lifetime of service and loyalty," I told Fawn.
I felt, for the first time, proud of who I was.

Fawn dipped her head in respect. "Thank you. Now, you might have been wondering where you want to sleep. That nest over there is fresh and new." she replied.
-I'm going to type in 1st person now. I find it a bit easier.-

She kept her pace at ease then slowly approached the hill where lied Fawn and song within the den site. She lowered her head in respect and approached.
She questioned herself about the surrounding though she grew into it and looked around speaking "A nice den site you have here" as she slowly came across the carcass that seemed to be a fresh game caught. She sniffs it, but doesn't have interest on feasting upon it yet

I dip my head in greeting and also respect. "Thank you. Feel free t have as much as you want." I begin to glance around quickly before feasting on the carcass.
Re: The Pack Den-
She glances over then slumps along the terrain tiredly and responds contently "Thank you, but I'll take my bites soon, I just really needed to rest" she layed her head slowly among her paws, her gaze attached to the carcass for a while.

I trotted over to the nest, inspecting it. It smelled clean and fresh, and I was thankful to have it. I looked back at Fawn.
"It's as if you were expecting me," I chuckled with a small smile.

I giggle slightly at Song's words. I glance at the fresh-caught carcass and over at Dina. "Okay, feel free to sleep anywhere you'd like." I reply.
Where Would I Rank...?
Humor gone, I realized there was a serious matter we needed to attend to. No wolf could really be happy without knowing for sure where they ranked.
"Fawn? Where will you place us in the pack?" I asked. Well, at least now she could see my potential. I prayed for the rank of Beta, as in my litter, that was what I did. All I knew how to do. But I would manage if she placed me elsewhere.

Thinking at the Moment...
I flick my ears at Song's words. I turn to him, the thought in my head. "Well, would you like to be Beta or Alpha?" I reply.
A Chance!
I jumped in surprise at the second suggestion. A chance at being the male of the cardinal pair? A chance at being with Fawn? I was astounded. In a good way. I decided to make a move.
I walked closer to Fawn, taking slow, dragging steps. I smiled at her through my eyes. When I came closer to her, I gently touched my nose to the inside of her ear, and whispered, "You know that I like you..."
I pulled my maw away but stayed close, waiting to see how she would react.

Whoa...
My eyes grow wide as Song got close. I blinked twice and then I slightly smiled. "Ohh, y-you do?" I reply.
Re: The Pack Den-
I gave a sly smile, answering softly, "Yes. I do. But we haven't known each other for long. So I will need time to earn your trust. If you make me a beta, we can see what happens."
Re: The Pack Den-
Fawn shuffled her paws along the ground, flexing out her muscles with a long quiet yawn. As she sat up arching her back she flicked her tail around onto her fore paws and replied contently "Thank you, Fawn. As well as greeting you in respect, how would you make me acceptable in my role?" she asked quiet nervously if he had to do any sort of test in order to succeed.
She glanced over at the carcass and sniffed upon it slowly, then she digs her fangs in the small area of the cavity and eats hungrily.

I nod slightly. "Alright. Beta it is." I reply with a smile. I then turn my head over to Dina. "How about Scout?"
Re: The Pack Den-
Her ears perked forward at the response of a scout as my role. I smiled with yip escaping as I wag my tail side to side. I spoke quickly as I sat down, "I would gladly take part in that technique to help serve this pack" she bowed her head and layed it among the debris on the terrain, as she looked up.
What Now?
I sat down and wagged my tail slowly from side to side, expressing my pleasure with my new home. Everything was perfect. I wanted to know what else the territory held. Was it just the forest I had almost died in? Or were there kilometers of land I couldn't even begin to wrap my mind around? Regardless of what territories Fawn had claimed, I was here for life. But I wanted to know.
"Fawn, will you show us the territory?" I asked with a slight cock of my head.

Re: The Pack Den-
Dina looked over and nodded sure, lead the way. "She grinned and awaited patiently"
